Atlantica online : Emergency Maintenance 9-28 [Resolved]
Dear Players,
We are sorry to inform you that Macedon has been taken down for emergency maintenance due to a level issue. You need not worry as your characters will not be lost as everything is saved in our database. Please be patient with us as we work to resolve the problem. Once again we apologize and appreciate your understanding.
Update: We have found and resolved the issue that caused all of today's problems. What we've been working on for the past hour is a method of undoing the results of the bug without performing a full rollback. We've come up with a solution to do it and are working on implementing it now. Though an official ETA can't be given due to the unexpected nature of today's issue, we believe if everything goes smoothly it should be up "soon."
Resolution: We're happy to announce that Macedon is back up and fully functioning. To provide reimbursement and compensation for lost time, Macedon will receive 150% bonus experience for 24 hours, starting at 6:00pm PDT on 9/28/2009. All players on Macedon will also find a 1 day License Package in their character's mailbox to help take advantage of the bonus experience.
